Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Customer Relations Centers across the Richemont portfolio
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and market insights
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and brand teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance client relationship management capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar strategic role within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-touch customer service environments
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and client engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations and digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into product specifications
- Track record of successful product launches and iterative product optimization
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of product management or closely related experience, with at least 3 years focused on customer-centric technology, CRM solutions, or luxury retail environments. Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives within large organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
