Richemont seeks a Product Manager in Buttes, Switzerland to lead watch movement development and production oversight (2-year contract).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish product specifications and project briefs in collaboration with the brand and stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee project timelines with effective reporting mechanisms
  • Define and manage project budgets across multiple functional departments
  • Set and monitor product transfer pricing in coordination with Finance and senior leadership
  • Prepare and execute contractual documentation for project deliverables
  • Coordinate make-or-buy strategies for assigned projects
  • Create industrial nomenclatures and ensure component supply chain management
  • Guarantee adherence to project milestone protocols
  • Monitor series production performance and drive continuous improvement in industrial efficiency and product quality
  • Coordinate technical modifications within the production lifecycle team
  • Drive cost optimization throughout the product lifecycle
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external clients
  • Communicate project and product developments to all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in horology, mechanical engineering, or precision microtechnics
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the industrial sector, preferably watchmaking
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise software systems
  • Ability to manage stress and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated delivery focus
  • Federated leadership approach with collaborative team orientation
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 minimum, CEFR)

Experience

Advanced degree (Bac+3 minimum) with specialization in horology, mechanical engineering, or precision microtechnics.
