Cartier Paris seeks Product Manager for Accessories Merchandising (8-month fixed-term contract). Lead luxury handbag and accessories strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy for the accessories category in collaboration with European regional teams, conducting performance diagnostics and market analysis
- Manage product range, maintain accurate product information mapping, and coordinate assortment planning aligned with strategic priorities
- Drive 360-degree product launches including sizing, communications, retail training, and merchandising coordination with visual teams
- Lead network engagement, recruit and manage retail ambassadors, and provide sales enablement tools including product training and newsletters
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring industry trends, competitor positioning, distribution strategies, and launch calendars
- Execute sales analysis reporting and performance optimization recommendations across retail networks
- Coordinate operational support to boutiques including stock management and product information requests
- Oversee prototype management and semi-annual product withdrawal campaigns from boutiques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in management or equivalent post-secondary qualification (Bac+5 level)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in luxury marketing
- Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
