Richemont Product Development Product Owner in Meyrin, Switzerland. Lead PLM and CAD strategy across luxury Maisons. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine product backlog based on evolving business needs, ROI considerations, and available capacity
- Partner with Technology teams to translate product vision into appropriate implementation and delivery
- Align with cross-functional teams to manage cross-product dependencies and coordinate Product teams
- Ensure selected technologies align with business requirements expressed by Maisons, Central Functions, and regional stakeholders
- Lead product adoption efforts, delivering training support, documentation, and change management guidance to business teams
- Conduct regular product evolution updates demonstrating contribution to business vision and Richemont Maisons' success
- Track user feedback, adoption metrics, usage patterns, and key performance indicators to drive continuous product improvement
- Lead or support initiatives to enhance product development maturity, harmonizing rules, practices, and deploying new tools and processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- 5–10 years' experience in product development with strong background in CAD methodologies, ideally utilizing PTC Creo in Manufacturing environments
- Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, particularly PTC Windchill including CAD data management, Bill of Materials management, and engineering change processes
- Strong understanding of CAD/PLM integration and product data flow from design to manufacturing
- Excellent business acumen and customer orientation
- Demonstrated success in facilitation, change management, and cross-functional problem-solving
- Knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile frameworks/methodologies
- Experience implementing Product Owner techniques including customer journeys, personas, discovery, and agile ceremonies
Skills
Experience
5–10 years in product development, with substantial exposure to CAD methodologies and PLM systems within manufacturing or luxury product environments. Demonstrated track record of cross-functional collaboration, technical requirement analysis, and successful product delivery in enterprise settings. Prior experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and driving technology-enabled operational improvements is essential.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications.
