Richemont Product Deployment Manager in Buttes. Manage product launches and market rollouts across luxury retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage product deployment schedules across assigned regions and sales channels
- Develop and execute deployment strategies in alignment with brand positioning and market requirements
- Liaise between product development, merchandising, retail operations, and wholesale teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures
- Prepare deployment documentation, training materials, and communication briefs for internal stakeholders
- Analyze market feedback and deployment metrics to optimize future product rollouts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product launch, deployment, or project management within luxury retail or FMCG environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software systems

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
