Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Product Marketing Coordinator Intern in Paris for a 6-month internship beginning January 2027, supporting European high jewelry operations and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock allocations across European markets based on in-store client presentation priorities
- Manage unique piece availability requests, conduct associated negotiations, and execute regional transfers
- Oversee periodic rotations of high jewelry collections to optimize boutique presence and drive sales performance
- Track and accompany sales processes, including sales announcements, authenticity certificates, and supporting documentation
- Adapt and distribute sales support tools locally, including stocklists, pricelists, product sheets, photography assets, and process guidelines
- Assist in piece selection for events and support market teams with event-related requests
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of event-specific sales support materials, including booklets, product information, pricing guides, and product training
- Consolidate sales data during high jewelry events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school or university at Bac +4/+5 level
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience
Students with academic background in commerce or business; no prior professional experience required, though retail or luxury goods exposure would be advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree at Bac +4 or Bac +5 level from a business school or university.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
