Richemont seeks a Product Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to support digital solutions for luxury Maisons. Full-time role reporting to Technical Team Lead.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and assess business value and ROI
- Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies across initiatives
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Write and maintain functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans
- Ensure clear communication of specifications to both business and technical teams
- Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying requirements
- Review functional implications of technical decisions
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather stakeholder input and foster alignment
- Act as subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions
- Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- Proven experience writing functional specifications and user stories
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr
- Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices
- Technical aptitude and comfort working in technology-driven environments
- IIBA certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms (preferred)

Experience
4+ years of professional experience in a Business Analysis role, with proven expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
