Richemont seeks a Product Analyst for Client Engagement in Moscavide to optimize CRM platforms and drive data-informed luxury retail strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze client engagement data and identify actionable insights to optimize CRM platforms and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, and digital teams to translate business requirements into product specifications
- Monitor key performance indicators and engagement metrics, producing regular reports and dashboards for stakeholder review
- Support the development and refinement of client segmentation strategies to enable personalized marketing and service delivery
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product enhancements and feature prioritization
- Manage data quality and ensure accurate reporting across multiple systems and data sources
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product analytics, CRM analytics, or customer intelligence within luxury retail or multi-brand environments
- Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and engagement metrics
- Advanced Excel skills with capacity to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Experience
3–5 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or customer engagement analysis, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, business analytics, or related quantitative discipline
