Richemont seeks Product Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to drive Client Engagement CRC solutions for luxury Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Client Engagement CRC solutions
  • Organize and facilitate business requirements workshops with diverse internal, external, and partner stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
  • Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business expectations and system capabilities
  • Actively contribute to the design, definition, and evolution of Client Engagement CRC capabilities supporting seamless omnichannel customer journeys
  • Review and validate functional specifications to ensure proposed solutions align with architectural standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers in Agile ceremonies throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support comprehensive quality assurance efforts by reviewing test cases and validating business scenarios
  • Analyze and troubleshoot functional incidents, contributing to corrective action definition and implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product documentation, functional processes, and cross-team collaboration practices

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of dedicated experience in Business Analysis with proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
  • Extensive experience with e-commerce and retail solutions supporting omnichannel customer journeys
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems including order lifecycle, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and payment flows
  • Proven experience working on system integrations and APIs with ability to analyze and document complex data flows
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional product teams
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort in technology-driven environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Fluency in English (French or other languages preferred)

Extensive experience working with e-commerce and/or retail solutions, specifically supporting seamless customer journeys across online and physical channels. Proven experience with system integrations and APIs, including analysis and documentation of complex data flows between systems. Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams in Agile delivery frameworks throughout the development lifecycle.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
