Richemont seeks a Product Analyst for Client Engagement in Moscavide to optimize CRM platforms and drive data-informed luxury retail strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze client engagement data and identify actionable insights to optimize CRM platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, and digital teams to translate business requirements into product specifications
  • Monitor key performance indicators and engagement metrics, producing regular reports and dashboards for stakeholder review
  • Support the development and refinement of client segmentation strategies to enable personalized marketing and service delivery
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product enhancements and feature prioritization
  • Manage data quality and ensure accurate reporting across multiple systems and data sources

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in product analytics, CRM analytics, or customer intelligence within luxury retail or multi-brand environments
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and engagement metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills with capacity to work with large datasets
