Product Allocation Coordinator at Richemont Cartier in Meyrin, Switzerland – manage order fulfillment and boutique operations for luxury retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for product availability inquiries and coordinate all availability requests from retail networks
  • Manage and track delivery flows from initial product request through final delivery to all boutique locations
  • Oversee POSM and packaging orders while providing SAP and Booster stock and sales support to boutiques
  • Monitor and follow up on product reservations to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Consolidate and submit claims for damaged or discrepant shipments
  • Execute annual returns processes for discontinued, out-of-range, or surplus products
  • Manage sellable consignment orders for external boutique partners, including creations, returns, and sales reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Senior Product Allocation Coordinator to maintain and optimize the backorder portfolio
  • Monitor and track commercial partner backorders to ensure proper integration for invoicing and reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a client-centric industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong familiarity with SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of luxury retail operations and industry best practices
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous

Experience
