Richemont in Meyrin seeks a Product Allocation Coordinator to manage stock allocation and replenishment for luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product allocations to retail and wholesale channels according to commercial strategies, sell‑through and seasonal priorities.
- Analyse historical sales, sell‑through rates and inventory levels to optimise opening allocations, replenishments and transfers between locations.
- Build and maintain allocation templates, recommendation grids and replenishment rules in the merchandise planning/allocation system.
- Coordinate with merchandising, demand planning, supply chain, logistics and store operations to align stock flow and launch windows.
- Monitor live performance and propose rapid corrective actions (re‑allocations, promotions, transfer requests) to protect margin and availability.
- Produce regular reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting ageing, coverage, overstock and stock-out risk.
- Support product launches, drops and promotional calendars with timed allocations and execution follow‑through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, supply chain, logistics or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in product allocation, merchandise planning, inventory control or demand planning, preferably within luxury retail or wholesale.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with proven experience translating data into allocation decisions.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in allocation, merchandising, inventory planning or a closely related planning function. Prior exposure to luxury retail or wholesale environments and familiarity with ERP/allocation systems is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, fashion merchandising, logistics or equivalent professional experience.
