Richemont is hiring a Procurement Supply Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal — mid-level role focused on procurement analytics and supplier performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse procurement and supply data to produce actionable insights on spend, supplier performance, lead times and inventory dynamics.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and regular management reports for procurement leaders and category managers.
  • Support sourcing and supplier performance initiatives by identifying savings opportunities, risks and improvement levers.
  • Manage procurement master data and contribute to ERP/Procurement system configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sourcing, logistics, finance, quality) to translate business needs into analytical deliverables.
  • Establish and track procurement KPIs; implement monitoring processes to ensure contract compliance and supplier scorecards.
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis and project workstreams to support category strategies, supplier consolidation and inventory optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical capability with experience translating data into business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across commercial and operational teams.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and sourcing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve data quality and procurement master data.
  • Comfort working within structured, multi-brand luxury or manufacturing environments.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant procurement certification is a plus.
