Richemont in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland seeks a Procurement Process Manager to lead procure-to-pay process design and transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition, optimisation and governance of end-to-end procurement processes (procure-to-pay, sourcing-to-contract) across relevant business units.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures, process maps and control frameworks to ensure compliance, efficiency and auditability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with stakeholders in sourcing, finance, legal, supply chain and IT to deliver process improvements and system integrations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards to measure process health, cycle times, cost-to-serve and compliance.
  • Drive change management activities including training, communication and adoption plans for new processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with procurement systems teams to specify business requirements, test process configurations and support deployments of P2P/ERP functionality.
  • Identify process risks and control gaps; propose remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement policy interpretation and support internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Proven track record in procurement process design, process governance or procurement transformation within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience defining KPIs, producing management reporting and driving data-led improvements.
  • Demonstrated project and change management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clear process documentation and training materials.
