Richemont seeks Procurement Process Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland to lead global Procure-to-Pay transformation and digital excellence initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive process optimization by analyzing Non-Stock Goods and Services procurement workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness whilst ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Legal, and Maisons as the primary P2P process expert, gathering requirements and ensuring strategic alignment with group procurement and finance strategies
  • Champion comprehensive change management for major P2P transformations, including development of executive communications, training programs, and stakeholder support to ensure successful adoption and sustained behavioral change
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation including policies, flowcharts, procedures, and training materials across the group
  • Design and implement user-friendly solutions that improve the overall experience for all stakeholders involved in the procurement process
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented improvements, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for further optimization
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies (AI, agentic systems, orchestration) to drive automation and advanced use cases that streamline procurement processes

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years of extensive experience in process analysis, design, and transformation with significant focus on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes in large, multinational, preferably decentralized organizations
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex global P2P processes including requisitioning, purchase order management, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payment
  • Demonstrated experience leading major P2P transformation and digitalization projects, including new technology implementations (e.g., orchestration, AI, SAP Ariba, Coupa) and process re-engineering
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance principles, best practices, internal controls, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate complex challenges into actionable P2P solutions
  • Superior communication, presentation, and influencing skills with proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and manage diverse cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and advanced data analytics for process insights (highly desirable)

Education

Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
