Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Procurement Function across the region, engaging with key stakeholders and Maisons
- Develop and implement local procurement strategy in alignment with Regional and Global Procurement strategy
- Contribute to regional procurement strategy and strategic initiatives
- Manage and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls across all indirect spend categories
- Implement procurement tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Train, coach, and support stakeholders on procurement policies and procedures
- Track and report on performance metrics and compliance across the function
- Partner with stakeholders to establish comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Setup and manage preferred supplier networks to optimize value and quality
- Lead major tenders and supplier negotiations to secure competitive terms and conditions

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in international and matrix environments
- Proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong expertise in indirect procurement categories (marketing, retail, professional services)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and demanding stakeholders
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities
- Advanced negotiation skills with ability to engage suppliers at executive level
