Role & Responsibilities
- Support procurement excellence and continuous-improvement initiatives across group sourcing teams.
- Collect, cleanse and analyse spend and supplier data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and maintain procurement KPIs, dashboards and monthly management reports.
- Map procurement processes, identify bottlenecks and propose process optimisation measures.
- Prepare executive-quality presentations and business cases for stakeholders and programme leads.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category buyers, quality, manufacturing, finance) to implement pilot improvements.
- Participate in system-related projects (e-procurement, sourcing tools, data integration) and testing activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and ability to synthesize large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare concise, executive-level presentations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with an enthusiasm for process improvement and measurable outcomes.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, operations or analytics is highly desirable; experience with spend analysis, supplier evaluation or ERP/sourcing tools is an advantage.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
