Richemont seeks a Product Solution Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal to configure SAP ECC procurement solutions. 4+ years SAP experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories
- Configure rules, master data, and functional settings within SAP ECC, SaaS platforms, and workflow tools while adhering to product constraints
- Document acceptance criteria, use cases, and technical specifications; challenge requests to align with product strategy and enterprise standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, providing process insights and feasibility validation with technical teams and subject matter experts
- Prepare test cases and validation steps; support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Suggest process optimizations and improvements to user experience; document functional knowledge and contribute to playbooks and process documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC projects, specifically in Stock Procurement and Subcontracting modules
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows and global procurement processes
- Proven expertise in configuring SAP ECC Procurement processes and designing integration solutions
- Substantial knowledge of Direct Procurement, vendor collaboration, subcontracting fundamentals, and supplier collaboration protocols (PO, ASN)
- Understanding of adjacent supply chain modules: manufacturing (PP, QM, COPC), distribution (SD, FI), and traceability aspects (batch management, serial numbers)
- Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture, APIs, and federated platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-framing abilities with structured reasoning and process thinking mindset

Experience
4+ years of SAP ECC implementation experience in procurement and supply chain, with expertise in stock procurement, subcontracting, and global supply chain flows. Demonstrated ability to work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in international environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced functional and technical procurement knowledge.
