Cartier, Paris – Data Management Specialist (Procurement & Supply) for 6-month fixed-term contract in PLM system deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Input, structure, and maintain Procurement & Supply data within the PLM tool, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Validate data conformity and identify inconsistencies or gaps, alerting relevant teams to discrepancies
- Support data referential framework structuring and design for components, concentrates, juices, and finished products
- Collaborate with project managers to collect and consolidate Procurement & Supply information
- Liaise with industrial operations and Cartier Operations teams to validate critical information and maintain cross-functional alignment
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in the PLM system throughout product lifecycle stages
- Propose improvements to data capture practices and PLM usage processes
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of Procurement & Supply database quality and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a business school or engineering school
- First experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain functions, preferably within the luxury sector
- Strong knowledge of Procurement & Supply processes
- Demonstrated aptitude for data management with meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to rapidly identify data inconsistencies
- Proven organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work effectively within cross-functional environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PLM tools and/or SAP systems
Skills
Experience
First experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain functions, preferably in the luxury industry. Knowledge of Perfume and/or Spirits sectors is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree from a business school or engineering school.
