Richemont seeks Procurement Category Manager for Corporate Services in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Lead global sourcing strategy and supplier management with 7+ years' experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, define, and implement comprehensive global category strategies aligned with Richemont's corporate business needs and strategic objectives
- Lead execution and roll-out of category strategies across Maisons and regions through business partnering, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional influence
- Drive value creation, cost reduction, and innovation across assigned categories by leveraging deep market knowledge and forward-thinking approaches
- Manage complex tenders, negotiations, and contract management for global and central agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for assigned categories; develop and maintain knowledge of the global supplier landscape
- Develop and implement strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs for key suppliers; lead regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across functions, Maisons, and regions to align procurement strategies with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients on procurement best practices, market insights, and supplier capabilities
- Monitor category performance through KPIs and financial targets; report progress against strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and external regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of established procurement experience in a structured environment with strong category management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Services categories, ideally Security and Facilities Management
- Proven ability to develop and implement global category strategies delivering significant value creation and cost optimization
- Excellent RFP, negotiation, and contract management experience with a track record of securing advantageous terms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strategic acumen and proven leadership in driving innovation and continuous improvement with suppliers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management
- Fluency in both English and French

7+ years of procurement experience in a structured corporate environment, with demonstrated expertise in category management and global sourcing strategy. Experience in Corporate Services procurement, particularly Security and Facilities Management categories, is advantageous. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex negotiations, and delivering measurable cost savings and value creation. Experience in luxury or multinational organizations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) in procurement or supply chain management are preferred.
