Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of process-improvement projects: define scope, produce project plans and track milestones.
- Map current (AS-IS) processes and design future (TO-BE) workflows, producing clear process documentation and SOPs.
- Collect, analyse and visualise operational data to quantify bottlenecks and validate improvement hypotheses.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (operations, quality, supply chain, IT) to enable solution implementation.
- Contribute to pilot deployments and monitor KPIs to assess impact and standardise successful practices.
- Prepare executive-quality presentations and progress reports for project sponsors and steering committees.
- Assist with change management activities, including training materials and user adoption follow-up.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable analytical mindset with experience in process-mapping exercises or academic projects in operations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple project tasks under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in French may be advantageous given the role location; proficiency in English is typically expected.
