Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze current process data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and automation opportunities within the needle fabrication department
  • Conduct in-depth benchmarking studies to propose concrete and innovative automation solutions that account for environmental specificities and strategic objectives, evaluating technical and economic feasibility
  • Actively engage and coordinate the production team throughout all project stages, leveraging their expertise to gather requirements, validate proposals, and facilitate change management
  • Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for the identified automation solution
  • Independently manage the project, ensuring monitoring of progress, risks, and resource allocation
