Richemont seeks a Process Optimization Intern for needle manufacturing at its La Chaux-de-Fonds facility in Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze current needle fabrication processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to map production workflows
- Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Document and report on manufacturing metrics and key performance indicators
- Conduct time and motion studies to enhance production efficiency
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering, industrial process management, or manufacturing-related program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production systems
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
