Richemont seeks a Process Innovation Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds to support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the identification and analysis of process inefficiencies across operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document process improvement initiatives
- Assist in the design and implementation of optimization projects
- Collect and analyze data to support process evaluation and benchmarking
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, engineering, or operations management program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills
Experience
Internship or entry-level exposure to operational processes, business analysis, or project management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
