Cartier Innovation Process Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Drive automation and robotics implementation across watchmaking manufactures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and deployment of innovative technologies across all Cartier watchmaking sites
- Drive automation solutions including robotics and collaborative robotics deployment with internal teams and external partners
- Identify use cases and pilot proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for AI-assisted industrial vision and emerging innovative solutions
- Conduct financial analyses (ROI assessments) and develop machine specification documents
- Benchmark and propose breakthrough technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Support production teams in managing organizational change and technology adoption
Qualifications
- Final-year engineering student or equivalent advanced technical qualification
- Strong passion for emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems
- Proven autonomy, organizational discipline, and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and propose creative and innovative solutions

Experience
Currently enrolled in the final year of an engineering program, with demonstrated interest in industrial automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree candidate in Engineering (or related discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering)
