Richemont seeks a Process Innovation Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds to support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and analysis of process inefficiencies across operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the design and implementation of optimization projects
  • Collect and analyze data to support process evaluation and benchmarking
  • Contribute to the documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Present findings and recommendations to management

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, engineering, or operations management program
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
