Richemont seeks a Process Improvement Manager in Munich, Germany for fixed-term 24-month role leading customer service optimization projects and digitalization initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify key improvement areas with stakeholders and develop actionable measures and projects to implement and sustain optimization
  • Define project roadmaps and associated budget plans aligned with regional strategy
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (business development, process optimization, performance, compliance) across the platform and boutiques
  • Manage risk controls regarding timeline, performance and quality, implementing corrective measures as required
  • Develop KPIs to measure success and track progress against objectives
  • Implement group and regional initiatives at local level
  • Develop best practices and standardized processes, translating them to local operations
  • Advance existing digitalization projects and reporting capabilities
  • Create new solutions for existing projects and reporting, including potential migration to new platforms
  • Develop and enhance Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Document all projects to ensure continuity, updates and ongoing support

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Professional experience in an international environment
  • Fluent English; German and French are advantageous
  • Demonstrated expertise with Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced project and organizational management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Structured thinking and capacity to understand complex organizational structures
  • Understanding of project management principles
