Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive process audits and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities across business operations
- Design and implement lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies tailored to organizational needs
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process optimization initiatives and ensure successful adoption
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track process efficiency gains and business impact
- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize improvements and align initiatives with strategic objectives
- Mentor and train staff on process improvement frameworks and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
