Richemont is hiring a Private Client Manager (SEA) in Singapore to manage VIP clientele and drive luxury sales across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with high‑net‑worth and private clients across Southeast Asia to maximise lifetime value and retention.
- Deliver and exceed regional sales targets through bespoke clienteling, personalised service and targeted luxury propositions.
- Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies for private clients, including curated events, trunk shows and tailored product offers.
- Coordinate cross‑channel engagement (flagship stores, boutiques, e‑commerce, and client events) to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
- Maintain and enrich CRM records, produce client insights and segmentations, and translate data into actionable sales plans.
- Collaborate with regional retail, marketing and after‑sales teams to ensure service excellence and appropriate escalation for VIP clients.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and business plans for senior management.
- Represent the brand at high‑profile client events and travel across markets in the SEA region as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury private client management, VIP sales or key account management, ideally within watches, jewellery or high luxury goods.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate, convert and retain HNW/UHNW clients with measurable commercial results.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in developing clienteling strategies and bespoke service propositions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior clients and internal stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Southeast Asia region.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, private client or key account roles, with demonstrable success managing high‑value customers and delivering consistent sales growth across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience in luxury client management will be considered.
