Richemont seeks a Press Operations Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai — fixed-term contract supporting regional press and media operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day press operations for the UAE region, including distribution of press releases, press kits and embargo management.
- Maintain and update regional media lists and press contact databases; manage media accreditation and logistics for product loans and interviews.
- Liaise with regional PR agencies, in-house communications teams and brand representatives to execute media outreach and event support.
- Monitor and report media coverage using media-monitoring platforms; compile coverage reports and post-campaign analysis for senior communications stakeholders.
- Support organisation and on-site delivery of press events, media previews and product launches, including scheduling, briefing materials and attendee management.
- Prepare timely press materials, media briefs and executive summaries tailored to local media landscapes and market nuances.
- Ensure brand and corporate messaging consistency and adherence to embargoes, copyright and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emiratian) — candidate must hold UAE nationality as specified for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience (typically 2–4 years) in press coordination, PR operations or media relations, preferably within luxury goods, fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong Arabic language skills advantageous.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent media projects under tight deadlines.

Experience
Mid-level experience coordinating press and media relations, typically 2–4 years in PR, communications or agency roles. Experience working with luxury brands or in related lifestyle sectors and familiarity with regional media landscapes in the GCC is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
