Richemont is hiring a Precious Goods Receiving Team Leader for its distribution centre in Villars-sur-Glâne. The role oversees compliant receiving operations and leads a logistics team to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives, while coaching employees and driving continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure receiving operations are executed correctly and comply with applicable regulations and directives.
- Lead the operational management of the team.
- Create the conditions for logistics operators to achieve quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives.
- Coach and support team members in their daily activities and lead performance management.
- Work with colleagues to continuously improve the performance of the area.
- Go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification, such as a degree from a university of applied sciences, university degree or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience in team and project management.
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain.
- Solid knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Enjoys working on the ground, close to operations, in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Rigorous, organised and autonomous, with good stress resistance and the ability to understand and anticipate problems and envision their impact or a solution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, make proposals and bring people together.
- Proficiency with standard IT tools.
- Fluent French (C2) and English sufficient for easy communication (minimum B2).
