Richemont seeks a PR & Events Intern in Amsterdam to support media relations and event execution for its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team in drafting and distributing press materials, media lists and targeted pitches.
- Assist with end-to-end event coordination including venue liaison, supplier management and logistics planning.
- Maintain and update guest lists, RSVP tracking and on-site check-in processes for VIPs and press.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular clipping reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site event support, including guest hospitality, run-sheet management and post-event debriefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, retail, creative) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across activations.
- Contribute to social and digital amplification plans for events and PR activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s programme in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, concise materials for press and stakeholders.
- Professional demeanour and discretion when interacting with VIPs, media and senior internal stakeholders.
- Availability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in PR, events or communications is preferred. Demonstrable involvement in student organisations, campaign work or hospitality events is considered a strong asset; 0–1 years of professional experience is acceptable for this entry-level internship.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
