Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute UK & Ireland event calendar for retail, wholesale, PR, influencer, and brand ambassador activations in stores and off-site venues
  • Manage event budgets and conduct ROI analysis with focus on wholesale and retail partner outcomes
  • Coordinate with external agencies for experiential activations, catering, visual merchandising, and event breakdown
  • Liaise with HQ Events, Partnerships, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent delivery of brand guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to amplify brand awareness and sales through proactive engagement with local and regional wholesale partners
  • Assume local operational responsibility for global partnerships including Laureus, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team, and Mercedes AMG initiatives
  • Conduct media monitoring and compile comprehensive reports on press clippings and event coverage
  • Coordinate logistics and secure delivery of product samples for events and press requests
  • Support ad-hoc special projects that align with brand objectives and partnership strategies
  • Implement sustainability practices across all events and brand operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in event management, marketing, or partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and managing budgets for high-profile events
  • Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Keen eye for detail and strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and luxury brand aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with event management software is advantageous
