Cartier Polymechanics Apprentice (CFC), Glovelier, Switzerland – 4-year technical training in precision machining and CNC operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master operation of conventional and CNC-controlled precision machinery
- Fabricate small, highly precise components, prototypes, and unique pieces
- Program numerical machining equipment and execute complex manufacturing sequences
- Apply advanced techniques including wire erosion and plunge erosion processes
- Conduct quality control inspections and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Complete structured internships across various company departments to broaden technical exposure
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss schooling (scolarité obligatoire)
- Demonstrated proficiency in mathematics
- Exceptional fine motor skills and manual dexterity
