Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and progressively master polishing techniques within the Maison's atelier environment
- Participate in preparation and polishing operations on fine jewelry pieces according to personal progression level
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain strict adherence to the Maison's quality, safety, and artisanal standards
- Support senior artisans in the polishing workshop whilst developing technical expertise
