Richemont Watch Polisher position in Riyadh: luxury watch finishing specialist performing expert polishing on precious metals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level polishing, re-finishing, and cleaning of luxury watch cases and components across various precious metals
- Adhere strictly to established guidelines and work procedures to ensure consistent quality and aesthetic standards
- Meet defined lead times for all polishing tasks to support efficient workflow and production schedules
- Maintain a highly organized and clean polishing station, equipment, and work environment
- Manage and monitor stock of polishing consumables, ensuring continuous availability for operations
- Collaborate effectively with workshop team members to optimize daily and weekly workload distribution
- Accurately record and report daily figures related to polishing activities and production metrics
- Strictly follow all safety rules, regulations, and protocols within the workshop environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in polishing luxury watches
- Demonstrated knowledge of various polishing techniques including lapping, mirror polish, and satining
