Role & Responsibilities
- Polish and finish luxury goods components to exact specifications
- Maintain equipment and polishing tools in optimal working condition
- Ensure all finished pieces meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Inspect work for defects and perform corrective finishing as needed
- Document production activities and maintain detailed work records
Qualifications
- Proven experience in polishing or surface finishing
- Mastery of hand and mechanical polishing techniques
- Understanding of material properties and surface treatments
- Ability to work to precise tolerances and specifications
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in polishing, surface finishing, or related artisanal craft within the luxury goods sector.
