Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate specialized polishing equipment and tools to achieve premium surface finishes on luxury jewelry and watch components
  • Apply hand and machine polishing techniques in accordance with strict quality specifications and brand standards
  • Inspect finished pieces for surface quality, identifying and correcting defects to ensure flawless results
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of production runs and quality metrics
