Jewelry Polisher at Cartier, Paris — Full-time manufacturing role polishing fine jewelry and executing finishing treatments in our historic ateliers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Polish fine jewelry pieces to Cartier's exacting standards while adhering to safety, quality, and production timelines
  • Execute rhodium plating and de-plating processes on jewelry pieces with precision
  • Propose enhancements to operational robustness, practicality, and production efficiency
  • Participate actively in internal continuous improvement projects and ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum CAP certification in polishing or equivalent professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in jewelry polishing with certification at OJ2, OJ3, or OJ4 level
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing

Experience
