Jewelry Polisher at Cartier, Paris — Full-time manufacturing role polishing fine jewelry and executing finishing treatments in our historic ateliers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Polish fine jewelry pieces to Cartier's exacting standards while adhering to safety, quality, and production timelines
- Execute rhodium plating and de-plating processes on jewelry pieces with precision
- Propose enhancements to operational robustness, practicality, and production efficiency
- Participate actively in internal continuous improvement projects and ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum CAP certification in polishing or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrated experience in jewelry polishing with certification at OJ2, OJ3, or OJ4 level
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing

Experience
Minimum experience in jewelry polishing with demonstrated proficiency at OJ2, OJ3, or OJ4 level. Experience in luxury jewelry manufacturing or fine craft workshops is preferred.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in polishing or equivalent professional certification in jewelry finishing techniques.
