Richemont seeks a Polisher - Level 1 in Fort Worth, TX: an entry-level polishing role in a precision luxury atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform manual and machine-assisted polishing to achieve satin, brushed and mirror finishes on metal components for luxury timepieces and/or jewellery.
- Deburr, hand-finish and touch-up components to specification, ensuring conformity with technical drawings and finishing standards.
- Inspect finished parts under magnification for surface defects, scratches, or inconsistencies and perform corrective rework as required.
- Maintain tooling, polishing pads, compounds and work area in accordance with atelier cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Document production steps and quality checks in line with standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable manual dexterity and fine-motor control suitable for precision finishing work.
- Familiarity with basic polishing techniques (hand polishing, buffing, brushing) or vocational training in metal finishing, watchmaking or jewellery fabrication preferred.
