Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an experienced Polisher to join its Lyon workshops, reporting to the Workshop Manager. The successful candidate will perform precision polishing of repetitive and high jewellery pieces using established fabrication methodologies, including stringing techniques and rhodium plating knowledge. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing piece finishing workflows, communicating internally on technical and aesthetic standards, and maintaining rigorous safety and risk prevention protocols.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize finishing workflows for jewellery pieces
- Perform precision polishing of repetitive and high jewellery items using stringing and established techniques
- Apply rhodium plating knowledge to support jewellery finishing
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding technical and aesthetic specifications of pieces
- Ensure compliance with all safety and risk prevention regulations

- CAP Bijouterie (Certificate of Professional Aptitude in Jewellery) with Polishing specialization
- Proven professional experience as a polisher
