Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning activities including demand forecasting, production scheduling and inventory optimisation for assigned product lines.
  • Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles, consolidating inputs from commercial, manufacturing and logistics stakeholders to produce executable supply plans.
  • Translate commercial demand into feasible production schedules, perform capacity checks and escalate resource constraints or lead-time risks.
  • Define and monitor planning KPIs (service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and produce periodic performance reports for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools, implementing best practices and supporting ERP/forecasting system enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (product management, procurement, manufacturing, quality) and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support inventory rationalisation initiatives and seasonal ramp plans to align stock with network and market requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in demand planning, production planning or supply chain roles; luxury goods or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience running S&OP cycles and delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using planning/ERP systems and building management reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment.

Experience
