Richemont seeks a Planning & Sales Operations Specialist in Meyrin, Switzerland to support high watchmaking forecasting, allocations and S&OP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short-, mid- and long-term sales forecasts for high watchmaking collections, incorporating sell-through, pipeline and market intelligence.
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to align demand forecasts with production, inventory and allocation decisions across boutiques, wholesale and distributors.
- Define and execute allocation strategies for launches and replenishments, optimising inventory turns while protecting sell-out and brand scarcity.
- Produce recurring management reports and KPI dashboards (sell-through, inventory days, coverage, forecasts vs. actuals) for commercial leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product planning, supply chain, wholesale, retail operations and marketing to ensure timely availability and seamless commercial execution.
- Identify demand signals, seasonality and channel dynamics; translate insights into actionable corrective plans and promotional impact analyses.
- Support pricing, launch cadence and distribution decisions with quantitative modelling and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements, tools implementation and data governance to increase forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics or equivalent; master’s degree or specialised training in demand planning is an asset.
- Proven analytical ability with strong quantitative and modelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills, including experience working with commercial and operational teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Fluent written and spoken English; experience in an international, multilingual environment is advantageous.

Typically 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in demand planning, sales operations or supply chain roles; prior experience in luxury goods, watchmaking or premium retail is strongly preferred.
Education
