Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while optimising capacity and lead times.
- Operate MRP/ERP planning processes to ensure material availability and accurate order fulfilment.
- Generate demand forecasts and translate them into short- and medium-term supply plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to minimise stockouts and excess.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, suppliers and quality teams to resolve shortages and expedite critical orders.
- Track and report planning KPIs (OTD, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse production constraints and propose corrective actions to improve flow and reduce costs.
