Richemont seeks a Pick & Pack Team Leader in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland to lead logistics operations and drive distribution center excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of logistics operators in pick and pack operations, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives
- Provide daily coaching and performance animation to support team members in executing their activities effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously develop sectoral performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations, directives, and company protocols governing distribution center operations
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to anticipate problems, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (HEG, University, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in team and project management
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain disciplines
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and preferably SAP and Power BI
- Fluent French (C2) and professional English (minimum B2)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset
Skills
Experience
Confirmed experience in team and project management within logistics or supply chain environments, with a proven track record of driving operational performance and leading teams in fast-paced distribution center settings.
Education
Higher education qualification such as HEG (Ecole de Gestion et Commerce), University degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
