Physical Security Specialist at Richemont, London. Execute security projects, risk assessments, and compliance across UK luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections at Richemont locations (retail, corporate, logistics) and external venues, identifying compliance deficiencies and recommending corrective solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive Security Operational Procedures aligned with Richemont's technical security specifications across all primary locations
- Deliver security training programs to ensure consistent adherence to Group minimum security standards across all visited sites
- Manage relationships with external security vendors, police liaisons (NWEC), and other brand partners, monitoring KPIs and SLA compliance
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and manage security concepts for internal and external events (Level 1–3), coordinate logistics for product delivery and collection, and provide on-site security support for PR events and photoshoots
- Conduct routine reviews with security providers and implement necessary action plans to maintain operational standards
- Monitor compliance with Richemont security directives and proactively report breaches to the UK Security Manager
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the UK Security Service Centre (SSC), including analytical tools, dashboards, and training SSC Operators
- Participate in on-call rotation (one week per month) and provide ad-hoc support during management absences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in physical security or corporate security management
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail security environments
- Strong understanding of UK security risks and retail-specific mitigation measures
- Proficiency in conducting and developing comprehensive risk assessments
- Expertise in CCTV operation and security investigation techniques
- Proven track record managing relationships with external security vendors and service providers
- Experience coordinating security for events and high-profile occasions
- Familiarity with Security Service Centre (SSC) operations or monitoring centre environments
