Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and design customized training programs
- Deliver one-on-one and small group fitness training sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs to optimize results
- Maintain detailed client records and fitness metrics
- Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance aligned with client objectives
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety protocols are observed
Qualifications
- Recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer in a luxury or high-end wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Ability to develop and modify workout programs for diverse fitness levels
