Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations and private appointments for high-net-worth and VIP clients, building long-term relationships and client loyalty.
- Curate complete looks across apparel, leather goods and accessories, advising on fit, fabric, colour and proportion to align with client preferences and brand aesthetics.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling and effective product storytelling; meet individual and store performance targets.
- Coordinate fittings and tailoring with in-house or external ateliers; oversee alterations and final delivery to ensure impeccable client experience.
- Manage client records, appointment schedules and follow-up communications to grow clienteling pipelines and maximise repeat business.
- Collaborate with store management and visual merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation reflect seasonal directives and inventory realities.
- Represent the maison at private events, trunk shows and client-facing appointments, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion or personal styling, ideally within a high-end boutique or maison.
- Demonstrable track record of private client acquisition and retention, with measurable sales results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural fluency when working with discerning international clientele.
- Strong eye for proportion, silhouette and seasonal curation consistent with luxury brand positioning.
- Reliability, discretion and the ability to manage confidential client information with professionalism.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, personal styling, or a comparable client-facing role within a premium brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in fashion, styling, merchandising or related discipline preferred.
