Richemont seeks a Stylist in Madrid to deliver personalised luxury styling and drive client sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations and curate complete looks for high‑value clients across in‑store appointments and private sessions.
- Manage a confidential client book, schedule follow‑ups, and cultivate long‑term relationships to increase repeat purchase and lifetime value.
- Advise clients on product selection, fit and bespoke or made‑to‑order options; coordinate fittings and liaise with alterations teams.
- Work closely with retail sales, visual merchandising and buying teams to ensure coherent merchandising, stock allocation and appointment preparation.
- Drive individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, cross‑selling and conversion of appointments into transactions.
- Represent the maison at client events, trunk shows and private viewings, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and service.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge, feeding client insights back to the store and broader commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury styling, personal shopping or high‑end retail consultancy.
- Demonstrable clienteling ability with experience managing an active client portfolio and delivering measurable sales results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the emotional intelligence required to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, organisational rigour and the capacity to manage a demanding appointment schedule.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as required by client appointments and events.
- Fluent Spanish; proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fashion styling, personal shopping or boutique-level consultative retail; experience with high‑net‑worth clientele is preferred.
Education
Diploma or degree in Fashion, Styling, Visual Merchandising or equivalent professional experience.
