Richemont seeks a Performance Training Intern in Schaffhausen to support team development initiatives and organizational learning programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of team performance training programs
- Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions across departments
- Conduct post-training evaluations and compile feedback reports
- Research industry best practices in organizational development and employee training
- Maintain training documentation and materials in centralized systems
- Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and learning objectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems preferred
