IWC Schaffhausen: 6-month Intern Team Performance Training role supporting global commercial projects in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of global commercial KPIs and sales performance metrics
- Prepare and analyze sales data for market coaching, executive presentations, and on-site market visits
- Create and refine coaching and training tools, content roadmaps, tracking systems, and feedback coordination frameworks
- Support digital training content creation via internal platforms and develop presentation materials on product, service, and performance topics
- Coordinate virtual studio operations and produce studio presentations
- Organize and oversee 2–3 large-scale headquarters training events during the internship period
- Provide administrative support including budgeting, reporting, and project management for the Team Performance Training Department
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or related discipline
- Demonstrated analytical and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is advantageous
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong affinity for the IWC brand and genuine enthusiasm for luxury watchmaking
