Role & Responsibilities
- Drive performance improvement initiatives across workshop operations to enhance productivity and quality standards
- Analyze operational metrics and production workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between interconnected artisanal production facilities
- Support implementation of performance management systems and best practices
