Cartier High Jewelry Performance Intern (6 months, Paris) – optimize production workflows and capacity models in luxury jewelry manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize upstream-to-production workflows for reproducible jewelry pieces, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
- Conduct comprehensive timeline analysis for unique piece production and develop enhanced process flows based on observed lead times
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the stone sourcing department and manufacturing workshops on continuous improvement initiatives
- Propose and champion implementation of new analytical and operational tools
- Design and define the structure of automated capacity models in coordination with the Performance Manager
- Establish governance frameworks and maintenance protocols for capacity management systems
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and analytical tools to track key performance indicators
- Identify performance gaps and develop collaborative action plans with the team to address underperforming operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, seeking a final-year internship
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP (ideally)
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to model and cross-reference data sets
- Recognized for rigor, analytical thinking, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity
- Appetite for numerical analysis with capacity for data projection and synthesis into actionable models

Currently pursuing final year of engineering studies; interested particularly in continuous improvement and performance indicators.
