Richemont seeks experienced People Engagement & Development Director for Paris. Lead talent strategy and organizational transformation in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development and people engagement initiatives across the company
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies
- Oversee employee training, performance management, and career development programmes
- Drive organizational culture and employee experience transformation
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Manage people engagement metrics and conduct organizational assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or talent management
- Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience in luxury goods, FMCG, or multinational corporate environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence at executive level

Experience
More than 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related talent management functions, with demonstrated success leading strategic people initiatives within multinational or complex organizational structures. Prior experience within luxury goods, fashion, or premium retail sectors is highly advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline. Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are preferred.
