Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of people development programmes and initiatives
- Assist with talent assessment, succession planning, and capability-building projects
- Contribute to the preparation of training materials, workshops, and learning resources
- Conduct research on HR best practices and organizational development trends
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support employee engagement and retention programmes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
