Richemont seeks a Pega Senior Developer in Moscavide, Portugal to design and develop enterprise luxury applications using Pega PRPC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional, scalable Pega application designs that comply with guardrails and Richemont technical standards
- Develop case types, data models, UI components, integrations, and decision rules using Pega PRPC (8.x) and established best practices
- Design and implement system integrations following enterprise integration patterns, working closely with API teams and external system owners
- Troubleshoot integration issues, ensure robust error handling, and maintain data integrity across systems
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and sprint execution, performing unit testing and supporting functional testing
- Conduct peer reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing across development teams
- Prepare deployment packages in coordination with Pega DevOps and platform teams to ensure successful releases
- Collaborate extensively with business analysts, solution architects, and product owners to refine requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor application performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement continuous improvements
- Support Pega platform upgrades by validating impacted features and updating application components
Qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Pega application development
- Strong understanding of case lifecycle design, data modelling, and UI/UX principles within Pega
- Solid knowledge of Pega guardrails and best practice application design patterns
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments

Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade Pega applications, with a strong track record of delivering complex business solutions. Education
