Richemont — Payroll Specialist in Dubai. Manage regional payroll, ensure UAE compliance and liaise with HR & Finance for accurate, timely pay processing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end payroll cycles for assigned employee populations in the Dubai region, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and statutory contributions.
  • Calculate and process variable pay components, overtime, allowances, deductions and end-of-service gratuities in accordance with UAE law and company policy.
  • Reconcile payroll ledgers with Finance (general ledger) and prepare month‑end payroll reports and variance analyses.
  • Maintain and audit payroll records, payroll journals and statutory filings; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and coordinate resolution with HR, Benefits and Treasury teams.
  • Support payroll system maintenance, data uploads, testing of system changes and implementation of process improvements.
  • Liaise with external providers, banks and local authorities on payroll-related matters and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, end-of-service gratuity calculations and statutory payroll requirements.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail with proven ability to reconcile payroll to the general ledger.
  • High standards of confidentiality and professional integrity when handling employee compensation data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with HR, Finance and external providers.
