Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an experienced Payroll Manager in Paris to oversee comprehensive payroll operations and French compliance reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing autonomously within SAP, ensuring data quality and timely completion for assigned employee population
- Establish and verify social contributions, monitor DSN submissions, and track IJSS reimbursements
- Serve as liaison with external social bodies including URSSAF, CPAM, Humanis, and Vivinter
- Develop and document payroll processes and control procedures; participate in system testing for evolutions in coordination with SIRH
- Contribute to Richemont Group payroll projects and oversee their implementation at the Maison level
- Support the Payroll Manager in ad-hoc analyses, DOETH reporting, profit-sharing calculations, and related administrative functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a payroll manager or equivalent specialist role
- Proficiency in payroll software, with SAP experience highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of French social contribution systems and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
