Role & Responsibilities

  • Process monthly, semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage employee compensation records, withholdings, deductions, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports to tax authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Reconcile payroll expenses with general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR to manage employee records updates, leave tracking, and compensation changes
  • Support audit activities and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies in payroll operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or accounting, preferably in a multinational or luxury goods environment
